You can create a refund request by visiting the page of the specific course you enrolled in. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days.

Refunds can be requested at any stage of the course. However, once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be permanently disabled.

If you request a refund within the first 1 to 3 days of lectures or before the first chapter/live session, you will receive a full refund.

After that, any refund request issued will exclude the charges of completed chapters/live session prior to the request and the rest amount will be refunded.

If you have completed part of the course (e.g., some chapters or live sessions), you will only receive a refund for the remaining chapters. For example, if a course has 5 chapters and you’ve completed 3, only the cost of the remaining 2 chapters will be refunded.

Misuse of Content Policy: Any unauthorized sharing, recording, redistribution, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited. In case of suspected misuse, Coding Cradle reserves the right to pause, restrict, or permanently suspend access to the course and take legal action if necessary.
